因为没有先例不好说。但是中国之前所有AP的都变成refused。大使馆号称是暂时的，但目前没看到有人从refused变回来。我的感觉是不建议去签，第一是肯定拿不到签证，第二是可能无辜被refused以后填相关表，要写我申请visa被refused过，第三还亏面试钱。整体感觉不值。

是的，我也收到了。现在已经改签到一月了。
