apprenticeship一般不要在校生，因为是full time。我之前被另一家公司这种项目感兴趣过，但是一知道我还在上学，就没声音了

这个和intern有什么区别吗？

樓主本身在lyft？是否能幫忙內推？這個Apprenticeship的職位的面試主要是在面什麼？謝謝！

基本介绍： Lyft's Software Engineering Apprenticeship is an 8-month program designed to connect individuals who come from nontraditional professional backgrounds to opportunities within a growth-oriented environment at Lyft. Apprentices come from a variety of disciplines and contribute with software/code in addition to bringing unique perspectives that make them critical parts of our growing team. We believe the best products are built by diverse teams and want to give professionals with a diversity of experiences the tools to be our next production engineers.

这个项目能 sponsor 吗？之后有转 fulltime 的机会吗

求问此项目的更多信息！我看了job description感觉对于candidacy有些困惑：
- 列在university program页上
- 需要三年工作经验
- 不能有太多engineering经验
