国内签证在check是不是需要撤签才能去第三国签证

如题，想请教下大神是不是要撤签在check的case才能去第三国，比如柬埔寨或英国签证

是的，如果不撤签，领馆可能不受理新的case

我咨询了下美国驻柬埔寨使馆，好像没说需要撤签，但也没有明确说可以申请

However, please be informed that as a third-country national applying for a U.S. nonimmigrant visa at the U.S. Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, the adjudicating officer will need to know why you are applying here and not in your home country.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your pending student visa application from China to Cambodia.
Based on the new guidance for student visa applications, it is no longer a requirement for students to get an updated Form I-20s. This mean you could use your current I-20 but please make sure it is a valid form.
Due to the President’s Proclamation, you should schedule the online appointment for F-1 visa interview at least 14 days after your arrival date in Phnom Penh.
