纽约市设置检疫检查站，加强旅行限制（含受到旅行限制的州的列表）

纽约市市长Bill de Blasio周三表示，纽约市正在通往该市的主要桥梁和隧道沿线的关键入境点设立检疫检查站，对来自30多个新冠疫情严重的州的旅客进行检查。检查站将于周三开始进行检查，来自疫情严重的州的旅客将会在检查站获取隔离的相关信息，不进行隔离的视为违反州法，并且会受到严重的惩罚。

纽约市检测与追踪团负责人Ted Long博士表示，纽约市所有新增新冠病例中，有五分之一是来自外州的旅客。并希望这些来自外州的旅客能够进行两周的自我隔离，市府将通过免费运送食物、提供药物的帮助、远程医疗服务、甚至是提供酒店住宿来帮助那些被隔离的人。Ted Long还称，该市还与酒店、火车、巴士和汽车租赁公司合作，要求所有在纽约市预定住宿的人需要填写一份旅行表格，以便测试及追踪团队能够找到这些人，并且对其进行隔离监控。

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said on Wednesday that New York City is setting up quarantine checkpoints at key entry points along the main bridges and tunnels leading to the city to inspect travelers from more than 30 states with severe COVID-19. Checkpoints will begin inspections on Wednesday. Travelers  from states with severe epidemics will obtain information about quarantine at the checkpoints. Failure to quarantine will be considered a violation of state law and will be severely punished.

Dr. Ted Long, head of the New York City Test & Trace Corps, said that one-fifth of all new coronavirus cases in New York City are travelers from out of state. It is also hoped that these travelers from other states will be able to self-quarantine for two weeks. The city government will help those who are quarantined by delivering food for free, providing assistance with drugs, telemedicine services, and even providing hotel accommodation. Ted Long also stated that the city is also cooperating with hotels, trains, buses, and car rental companies, requiring all people who book accommodation in New York City to fill out a travel form so that the testing and tracking team can find these people and monitor travelers in isolation.
