TikTok出售美国业务的交易可能最快在周二宣布

TikTok在为其美国、新西兰和澳大利亚业务选择了一个竞标者，这事已经沸沸扬扬有一段时间了。最新消息称，其最快可能在周二宣布这笔交易。从最开始微软“跳“出来要拿下TikTok，到甲骨文也参与其竞购成为一大竞争者。再到上周，沃尔玛忽然加入其中，让不少人感到小惊讶。但沃尔玛称TikTok将增强其电子商务业务。而目前，沃尔玛与微软合作和甲骨文成为两大竞争者。据CNBC上周报道，出售价格预计在200亿至300亿美元之间。

不过，即使TikTok已经选定了竞购者，这笔交易也可能会受到中国政府的影响而被延缓。中国政府上周五更新了技术出口清单，将TikTok使用的人工智能技术纳入其中。TikTok的中国母公司Bytedance周末表示，在向美国公司出售之前，需要获得中国政府的许可。

而TikTok的CEO Kevin Mayer上周在交易临近结束时辞职了，他仅仅上任几个月而已。TikTok高管Vanessa Pappas被任命为临时领导人。Pappas周五在接受CNBC采访时表示，由于TikTok应用内的新电子商务工具，让她也看到了与沃尔玛的合作效益。但最终TikTok其美国、新西兰和澳大利亚业务会花落谁家，还真是拭目以待。
