我犹豫了好几年。。。

楼主要是经济能力很强的话移民当然是好的，出去之前要做好最坏的打算

偶也在魔都，30大龄未婚男，比LZ还苦逼，去年买了房，欠了一屁股债。

穷则思变，打算搏一下，申请明年国外的Master项目，毕业后蹲美帝赚美金，尼玛，早日还清天朝房贷。

I think you should come.
Sometime, the job depends on the luck.
I am the MBA student from non-top school and I got the job here. ( My job is not the best and I am considering come back China). However, it is a good experience.
You could learn CS by yourself  or take it as the major and it probably work.
BTW, I am from Shanghai,too.
