不太清楚，MSIN不是SCS下的吧，你要问他们自己的AO

刚刚看了下INI admission slack群，已经解决了 官方给出的说法主要在于priority ddl在申请费方面有减免，另一方面是可以保证材料在final ddl之前可以到齐，即使priority ddl之后还可以让申请者补齐材料，其他的和final ddl没有任何区别，他们都是一起由committe审核材料的。

以下是slack群中Lisa Currin(Assoc. Dir. of Admissions/Enrollment; Foreign Student Coordinator in INI)的回复:
The advantage is in the reduced application fee. It also provides students time to review their application before the final deadline to ensure all information is presented as they want. In addition, we in the INI Admissions Team need to read and prepare all applications for the admissions committee review, and submitting early allows us to make sure your application is submitted correctly with all necessary documents and information. If not, we have time to help students make any corrections needed.
There is no priority status for those who submitted their applications yesterday by the priority deadline. All applications are reviewed after the final application deadline, January 15. All applicants will be notified of a decision beginning in early February through mid-March. Not all applicants are notified at the same time.

1. master可以多个，我见过有人七八个的申
2. 一定要交一个托福
3. 只有申请费的差别，录取几率无差
4.看项目官网，上面有列出每个项目录取的gre 25-75百分位的成绩，GPA等，还有各个项目收到的申请人数录取人数这些数据，虽然是多年前的了，但还是有参考性的。
5 scs的人选本学院项目自由度还是大的，其他学院的不清楚。详细可以看学生手册，这些信息网上都有

每个学院申请系统不一样，你可以CS学院申三个，工程学院申3个CS相关的，还可以在管理学院申3个MIS不同专业，在商学院也可以申3个跟CS，DS相关的，还有数学系。。。。申12个不是问题
