Amazon HQ2 (VA) 招 SDEII & SDM

哈喽，最近AWS正在为HQ2招有经验的SDEII和SDM，欢迎大家投递简历。New Grad 和 Junior level 的职位暂时还没有，5y+ 工作经验的朋友们可以往下看。


工作地点：Arlington, VA; Herndon, VA


职位要求：

L5 SDE
o    Must have minimum of 5 years or more industry experience
o    Java, C++, C# and Objected Oriented Design experience
o    2 plus years of System Design experience
o    Strong coding background with understanding of data structures and algorithms
o    Experience with large scalable distrusted systems would be a plus (projects that involve over 10,000 users would be ideal but not required)

L6 SDE
o    3 plus years of experience contributing to architecture and design
o    Strong background in object-oriented design and programming
o    Back-end development experience  with  strong coding language with C, C++, C#
o    Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems
o    Strong problem solving skills, ability to think on your feet and dealing well with ambiguity
o    Leadership qualities including mentoring others, leading projects and working cross functionally

L6 SDM
o    Minimum 3 to 5 years managing software engineering teams
o    4 plus years’ experience developing software
o    Track record of delivering technical programs, products with excellent communication skills
o    Strong analytical abilities
o    Creativity, problem-solving and ability to partner with leadership, team members and customers

另外说明一下，信息提交后，HR会先审查一遍，如果match，然后HR会联系你，之后信息才会进入系统。如果不match的话，不影响你内推其他亚麻职位。

社招要求严格一些。尽量4年左右吧，最后定级取决于system design 表现 + 经验。

更新一下：看到后台推的简历，4年以下经验的，都被HR筛选掉了，理由都是没有SDE I 的职位。所以，最好工作经验多些再投。
