2013 FALL Admission Statistics:

Total number of incoming PhDs: 8

5 Chinese:  3 with bachelor degrees (one with math from ZhejiangU, one with econ+math+stat from HKUST, one with econ+math+stat from UWashington); 2 with master degree (one with stat master from Stanford + math bachelor from ZhejiangU, one with stat master from UAlberta + math bachelor from ShandongU)
1 Malaysian with bachelor from UCBerkely (econ+stat) + master from ColumbiaU (stat)
2 American (one with bachelor from UFlorida (stat), one with bachelor from ColumbiaU (math + CS) + one-year work experience in Boeing)


Number of incoming PhDs in past two years: 5, 4

回来挖坟了。。。时光荏苒岁月如梭，转眼5年过去了，一同入学的小伙伴们已经毕业了或者正在毕业的路上。2013届PhD 进度如下: 2 quit in two years (the 2 Americans), 3 graduated in five years, 3 plan to graduate in 6 years. Placement of the six PhDs: 4 industry (tech/finance), 1 postdoc, 1 looking for research lab in industry. 愿所有人都梦想成真！

我怎么记得康奈尔统计只招硕士。。。是我记错了么= =！

hkust没有stat系。。。。。。

想知道那两个浙大的学长学姐都是谁诶。。

看起来都好强啊！我这种渣是没戏了……
