巴哈马的话 首签F1不知道行不行，给使馆发邮件问 还没证实。

我发邮件了，他们先自动回复了一封邮件，关于这部分的内容的答复是“6) I am not from The Bahamas or Turks & Caicos Islands and I am not in either of those countries right now. Can I come to Nassau to renew my visa?

We do have an extremely small number of appointments available for such applications. However, any third-country national thinking of traveling to Nassau to apply for a visa should be aware that:

appointments may not be available for several months,
we will not approve expedited appointments for such applications under any circumstances (see item #4 above), and
the applicant assumes all risks involved in the application, including the fact that, if the renewal is denied or delayed for any reason, the applicant may not be able to depart The Bahamas, as there are very few flights to countries other than the United States at present. All visa cases, if approved, require 1-2 days processing time and further time for the passport to be shipped back to the applicant.

然后又有个人人工回复我：Visa applications may be submitted through the Embassy’s application website at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-bs/niv.  The application and any associated fee payments will remain valid and active until September 30, 2022, or one year from the date of the fee payment, whichever is later.  NOTE: fee payments cannot be refunded or transferred to another post under any circumstances, even if we are forced to reschedule your appointment.  This is especially important if you are considering traveling from outside The Bahamas to apply for your visa.

似乎使馆对首签的问题有点confused，我也收到回复了，然后我又问他们第一次学生签证可不可以，然后还没有回复。不过觉得使馆似乎挺友好的

交完钱发现最早是11/01。。。看看打一下电话能不能问一下

使馆的意思应该是可以，但是位置很少，我交完钱发现最早的时间是11月

墨西哥可以续签F1吗？

巴哈马只能续签的吧。。官网 https://bs.usembassy.gov/visas/nonimmigrant-visas/ 下面有一个Third Country Nationals (TCN's) 的section。里面明确列举了什么样的TCN符合条件在巴哈马签。

Applicants are encouraged to read this in entirety before scheduling your visa interview at Embassy Nassau.

Will take at least 3 – 5 business days for the visa to be processed.

As of January 2014, Embassy Nassau will accept interview applications from third country nationals for the following visa categories:
Petition-based F1, H1B, J1, L1, M1, O1, P1, P2, P3, and R1 renewals, only when initial adjudication was conducted in applicant’s home country
Petition- based F2, H4, L2, M2, O2, O3, P4, and R2 renewals, only when the main applicant is renewing with the family member and the initial adjudication was conducted in main applicant’s home country
B1/B2 – first time and renewals

Embassy Nassau will not accept interview applications from third country nationals for the following visa categories and cases:
Petition-based first time applicants

巴哈马本国人来美国旅游是免签的。所以我猜领馆处理的TCN的案子不少的。
