请问楼主怎么回答的产品题呀 我是个产品小白尝试着回答一下希望不对请指正！

how to measure the success of share rides 在这里我就assume是uber pool了

Goal: with this new format of riding, it will provide more affordable rides, which encourages existing users to use uber more, and at the same time attract more users, thus increasing the retention and LTV

How it works: people can carpool with other passengers with the same or similar route and can save the trip cost without detouring too much. Cons might be it will take longer than uber X.

Metrics:
For existing users, some might become uber pool users and some might still stay at X. We can track this change, metrics can be the number of trips per user per day/week and the percentage of uber X and uber pool.

For new users acquisition, since we assume uber pool will give you a lower price, this new feature might attract some new users who were not able to afford uber X. Metric can be new user sign ups everyday who completes at least one uber pool in the first X days. This X can be decided by product usage.

Retention cohorts to see if churn declines after we launched this new feature

Some other metrics to monitor: 1) average pick up time since the driver is picking up multiple passengers and there might be a detour 2) average rating since uber pool might hurt passenger experience somehow if you sharing with some rude customers 3) usage such as in average how many persons are sharing like sometimes only 2, sometimes it’s 3 or even very full 4 persons.

我感觉你回答的挺好的。像Uber这种多方市场。讨论的时候分成多方进行讨论就可以了（rider，driver），
