集齐二十封岂不是可以创纪录了？！

在一次又一次被拒之门外，渐渐对残酷现实淡然之后，与其坐以待毙，不如在垂死边缘扳回一局，给自己一种掌控命运的错觉。于是，早已注定的结果被一封冰冷的回复揭开：

Official email notices will be emailed to you from the Graduate Division in the next 1-3 business days. The decision is a reflection of the quality of the applicant pool. You are among the strong candidates who were not offered admission, as the number of outstanding applicants is much more than the number of available seats. Over 430 PhD applicants were considered for about 20 available seats.

Admission decisions are based on the statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, academic history, research and/or industry experience, and test scores. It is a difficult task shaping a class as well, as we have 8 fields of interest that we attempt to round out each year.

拒信并不可怕，可怕的是在拒信面前迷失彷徨的自己，一蹶不振破罐破摔的自己，拒绝自我反省将责任全然推诿于他者的自己。我想，心若有梦，便成坦途！

啊。。他们上班了。。我的拒信也马上到了。。怎么UCLA的拒信好像都是你们问到的啊？没见到问到offer的似乎。。。坐等official rej吧。。。
