Syracuse University Structural Engineer PhD position available

Dr. Aboutaha has fellowship funds to support a PhD student to study structural engineering at Syracuse University starting August 2022.  The fellowship is available for four years, depending on good progress towards PhD degree. Requirements: The student should be interested in concrete bridges and be admissible to Syracuse University (TOFEL, GPA). One or two publications will be fine, but not required. Need to have MS degree in civil engineering before August 2022.
