网页贴出要求财产证明是几个意思？

Your application for graduate degree study at the University of California, Irvine beginning in the Fall 2014 academic term is under review. Since this is a very competitive application process that receives thousands of applicants each year, only a small percentage of the applicants will be admitted.

At this stage of the review process, you are required to provide documents showing your ability to support yourself financially if admitted.

You are required to show proof of financial support in the amount of $47,657 for the nine-month academic year beginning mid-September 2014. This includes tuition and fees for three quarters ($30,657) and living expenses of $17,000. This number could be higher if you are being accompanied by family members.

The proof required is a letter on bank letterhead stating that, as a customer of that bank, you have at least $47,657 to support yourself while studying at UC Irvine. Please note that the amount must be listed in US dollars.

If your education will be supported by someone other than yourself, you will also need a letter from your sponsor(s) stating that they are willing to support you along with a letter from their banking institution verifying that they have the funds available (in US dollars).

The financial verification documents you submit for this purpose should be recent, and must be valid for at least 6 months from the day they are received.

Please email your scanned documents to the Graduate Student Admissions Coordinator. at eecsgrad@uci.edu at your earliest convenience. If we have not received your documents within 30 days, we will assume that you will be unable to attend in Fall 2014.

After we receive these documents, the admissions committee will make a final review of your application. Upon approval you will receive a letter with your official offer of admission to the University of California, Irvine.

Appended below are detailed instructions for you to follow after you have been formally admitted and decide to accept our offer.

To obtain an I-20 you must submit the New Graduate Student Visa Document Request Form, available online in the forms section of the UC Irvine International Center website athttp://www.ic.uci.edu/Students/New/I-20orDS-2019.php. Please carefully follow the instructions and return your completed paperwork to the Graduate Student Admissions Coordinator.

Upon receipt of your I-20 application, you will be contacted by the International Center. Should you have any questions about the University's financial verification requirements as they relate to visa documents, you are welcome to contact the International Center staff for advice atintl@uci.edu.

PS:网申页面上算GPA的表格貌似也看不到了，就只有一封邮件的页面

lz是power方向，果断从了tamu吧，uci的power一般，只有一个教授搞power。

源神ad拿到手软啊，UCI就不用考虑了，UCSB不错的，不过做软件了。有信心就转行呗
