既然爆出来从上到下都有这种诉求，已经不是这一个法案过不过的问题了。

这个破法，漏洞百出，根本轮不上最高法院。。。最低的地区法院偏蓝法官就能把你block了。
什么是citizen of china，香港人是吗，台湾人是吗，台湾的国名可是republic of china，一点都不讲细节，最基本的连peoples republic of china都写不出来。

所以说这个法案就是接着一个不合理的借口种族歧视，房价炒上去还有其他94%的原因，你看德州共和党敢说话吗
