收到 Amazon 取消 offer 后赔钱的email

黑五刚过，Amazon就取消了我的offer，同时提出赔偿一个月工资。
十月给的offer，当初差点没接这个offer，因为包太小了。后来决定接了作为备胎，没想到备胎还能拿一个月钱。看来以后不能随便拒绝offer！

以下是1月16日收到的具体如何赔钱的email。

Subject：Confidential: Payment from Amazon2

You recently received an email from Amazon indicating that we (Analytics) would contact you to facilitate payment regarding the Confidential Settlement Agreement and Release you signed.


To make the payment, we need to receive both: 1) a signed W4 form and; 2) banking information to transfer the funds. If you're unable to fill out a W4, please let us know and we will work to align on next steps.
