Verily SWE Onsite 后疑似 Team Match？求问流程 + Waterloo 求捞！

10.8 完成了 Verily SWE 的 onsite，一共四轮 coding。之后一直没有收到明确的面试结果。
上周 follow up recruiter，回复说已经把我的 profile 分享给了 Waterloo 的 hiring managers，目前还在等他们的反馈。但没有明确说明 onsite 是否通过，也没有告知现在是不是 team matching 阶段。
想问问有没有了解 Verily 招聘流程的朋友：

• 这种情况是不是意味着 onsite feedback 至少还可以，目前在等 HM team match？
• 一般 HM review / team matching 需要多久？如果暂时没有合适的 team，还会继续保留 candidacy 吗？
• 有没有遇到过类似情况的小伙伴？最后结果如何？

简单介绍一下背景：

• UofT，研究方向 Robotics / AI / Deep Learning
• 前 AWS SDE，主要做大规模分布式系统、Backend Infrastructure，涉及 distributed coordination、data migration、reliability、latency optimization 等
• 有实际 production system 开发经验，做过性能优化，故障排查、监控告警和系统可靠性提升
• 技术栈：Python、Java、Kotlin、AWS、Distributed Systems、AI/ML

主要寻找 Backend / Infrastructure / Distributed Systems 方向的 SWE 岗位，也对 AI 相关的软件工程岗位感兴趣。

Yes, being shared with Waterloo hiring managers usually means you cleared the onsite bar and are now in team matching, though recruiters often will not say that explicitly. Team matching timelines vary a lot by headcount — one to three weeks is common, and a good recruiter will keep your candidacy warm if the first team passes. With your AWS distributed systems background, I would also ask the recruiter which Waterloo teams work on backend infrastructure, so they can target the match better.
