6年经验想跳staff求打醒 会加米

目前中厂staff 半年前刚升 组里有一些政治斗争 非常想换环境 每天内耗到失眠天亮才能睡着苦不堪言
但是考虑到自己工作经验少 跳staff有些困难 求打醒 这个工作经验是不是基本会被downlevel
知道自己yoe少想平级面可能会不自量力 但真的很想远离现在的工作 轻喷轻喷

6年senior都勉勉强强

你需要的不会地理的人打醒，而已由市场来教育你。
实话说，6年基本不可能给你staff，不管你的中厂有多有名。

多的是3-4 yoe上staff的，面就完了
