房子在140 morewood ave，每月260美金，除网费全包。如果需要网络，每个月额外$10。只限女生，只招短租，现在开始至8月1号。


All utilities included. One small bedroom in a two rooms apartment, share the sitting room bathroom, and kitchen with a nice Chinese family. If you need to share wifi with downstairs, it will be $10 for one months ($10/mo).  

The room has a window, bed and some basic furniture. There is also a free parking lot in the backyard (not street parking).NO need to pay gas, electrical, heat and water.

The Apartment is in a very great location, very close to CVS, Giant Eagle, USPS, Papa John's, Pizza hut, PNC Bank, Walnut street, Apple Store.... and the city bus stop is 2 minutes away, leads to almost everywhere in Pittsburgh

PLEASE DO BE MINDFUL:
(1)Female ONLY.
(2)The room is only for ONE person. We are expecting for a YOUNG student or a YOUNG scholar or a YOUNG professional who has a job and a budget to keep.
(3)The apartment is OLD, the room is NOT BIG (about 2.8m*4.3m), you can do laundry in a near-by laundry store.
(4)no smoking, no pets.


You can move over at anytime from NOW.
