3个月了，期间催了N次，就回复说前面还有人，还没轮到我，一直都不给我结果。

现在，给我来了个信，说我托福不足提交一个新的，转去12Spring！

可怜我就是口语差1分，唉...事实证明这学校是T控，我白给申请费了。

Thank you for submitting your application for admission to the MSECE program at IUPUI for Fall 2011 admission.

We are unable to proceed with your application for admission.  Your TOEFL scores do not meet all of the minimum scores required for admission to a Purdue graduate program.  The minimum score requirements for the
TOEFL  internet-based test (iBT)
for admission to a Purdue graduate program at IUPUI are as follow :

Writing: 18; Speaking: 18; Listening: 14; Reading: 19; and Total score: 79.

Each of the above five (5) minimum scores must be met.  This information is available in the document named “Frequently Asked Questions” at our application website:

If you are interested in pursuing your application for admission in the Spring 2012 semester, you must retake the TOEFL test as soon as possible and achieve each of the five minimum scores as listed above for your graduate application to be eligible for consideration.   Note:
All five minimum scores must be met in one test seating.
