LinkedIn Intern Team Match 失败

1月13号LinkedIn二面结束， 第二收到HR 如下回复：Your interviews were impressive and you have been moved into our team matching phase as well. This does not guarantee an offer, however. It can take the ML teams anywhere from 2-10 days to get back to me with a decision.  

过了一周跟HR跟新了另一个offer的deadline. 收到如下回复 “Thanks for sharing that update with me. The teams will review you this week. It is possible that no match could be found because we are so late in the hiring season, but your interviews were strong so I'd like to stay optimistic! I will send an update as soon as I hear from the teams!”




今天再催收到拒信，HR换了一个
Hi Ning,As of right now we have not found a team for you and with your deadline coming up we do not want to hold you up from any other opportunities.  Please just keep in mind we do hire for full-time starting in September and we would love to have you go through the process. Thanks!



我哭了。。。从什么时候开始，LinkedIn也match不上了。。。。

失败了，求点大米来安慰下。地里有很多Google match不上的，应该还从来没爆过LinkedIn match不上的吧。。。

问了一下HR。给还在match的同学一个update. 哎，3周前HR说teams are reviewing you this week. 现在变成这个尿性了。。。变成还没reviewed了。。。日了狗了。。。

I'm sorry for the confusion but I was led to believe you'd be reviewed that week. Like I said before, the processes changed because we are late in the season. Again: you're not removed from consideration, but you haven't been reviewed yet.

这个Terence只给你发邮件，几乎不回邮件除非用deadline催。。。因为他之前不负责这个，brett走了后把剩下的人扔给他了。。。估计就算我们进了也不算他的headcount,所以就懒得鸟我们了。。。。

这是上周和HR约时间时候给我发的原话：Ok sounds great! And a little insight to share with you, we are getting close to meeting all of our hiring needs, so the sooner you can get the interview complete the more likely you will be able to earn a spot, so send me the earliest times you can interview!

还有hr第一次给我打电话的时候说infrastructure和ML的组都招满了，推荐我去做SRE还有很多空缺，我说我不去，她说那就去application的组吧，还有一些spot left，大概两周前

不知道地里有没有人认识L里面的人，看看还有没有机会。。。

同样没有match...我认识的包括我自己 已经有五个没有match成功了，有infra组的也有ML组的。

我觉得ML组的HR（是Brett么楼主）还是靠谱的，至少一直在联系你，告诉你2-10天等等这些信息。

你们之前应该来地哭诉下。这样我也就不会乐呵呵地报两周的希望了。。。
