刚才看见一个校内状态,是夸亚马逊售后服务的。 Zach:偶们家边上一朋友,亚马逊上买一东西,快递给放壁橱里了没意识到,给亚马逊说我没收到货。然后亚马逊说我们再给你送一次,两天后送到了。然后在壁橱里发现了,于是有了两个。。。 转自xxx: 我在亚马逊上买过一个三脚架,结果给我错寄了一个小帐篷。一个邮件发过去说好想送错货了,第二天就回复说不好意思,钱款已退,错货请您收着当纪念吧。。
xxx :又看到那些騙亞馬遜Kindle 保修的教程了,本來不想說的,前段時間有幸和亞馬遜一員工聊天,我跟她說中國有些人不把機體寄回來,就讓你們把新機寄過去。她說,我們都知道呀,個別一兩單還算了,但這客戶也真不少了,我們又不是白痴,怎麼會不知道呢。她還說了一句讓我很無奈的話,我們是大公司,賣的就是服務和品質,就算懷疑其中是問題的,我們也不可以質疑用戶...但今天在壇上看到一句話把我火了,說要不是亞馬遜有質量問題,會這麼爽快跟你換嗎?我差點就想在那留言草你媽,丟臉別丟到國外﹗得了便宜還滿口大道理﹗
正好,上周赶deal买了个Haier的32寸液晶电视,199刀,选的最快的一天快递,应该是上周五寄到。结果这周一才寄到,晚了2个工作日(周六也送货的其实)。于是,就complain了一下。其实我挺理解UPS的,感恩节了么,货太多送不过来,挺可怜的。。我同时买了几个小东西,应该周六到,也拖到了周一,我就选择性忽略了没有complain。以下是和客服的对话,客服道歉+退运费+给15刀精神损失,同时把我的complain转发对应负责的小组供他们改进。我很满意。

As I am a Amazon Prime Member, and I wanted the TV to arrive on Saturday so I can watch college football games, I deliberately selected 1-day shipping (this is my first time to use 1-day. I have been using free 2-day for the past two years and it worked well). The delivery estimate is Nov.18, Friday. Good, that's what 1-day shipping means. But, the TV is delivered today -- Nov.21. I am not happy at all at this time. $3.99 is not a big deal, but I need an explanation from you. Thank you.

Rahul:I am really sorry for the inconvenience. As there are no weekly deliveries that is why the item is been delivered to you today.
Me:what do you mean by weekly deliveries? The package is supposed to be delivered on Friday. Even if they can't make it Friday, they should have delivered on Saturday. I have been placing about 100 orders on Amazon (if not more), and I have always been receiving package from Amazon on Saturday. Your explanation doesn't make sense to me
Rahul:I am really sorry. It sometimes happen. i am really very very sorry. I will refund the shipping of the item as well as I will apply a promotional certificate of $15.00 as you suffered inconvenience.
Me:My packages from Amazon always arrive on Saturday if the estimate delivery time is Saturday. And I know weekend delivery is somewhat unreliable so I chose 1-day shipping instead of 2-day shipping to make the estimate delivery time Friday. But it made me disappointed. If you can't make sure it's one day shipping, then don't promise it so your costumers will choose two day instead. Right?
Okay, apology accepted. So you are saying your Amazon Prime 1-day shipping really doesn't mean 1-day?

Chase的客服也很给力,比如这几天很火的Chase QuickPay系统故障,我一朋友就经历了,大意是说chase系统故障把一笔$18的交易弄成了两笔,他发现以后就找客服,然后客服取消了多余的交易,又奉上$25精神损失费。
这还没有结束。那$18是要付给我另一个朋友的,这个朋友听说以后,就去查自己的交易记录,结果看错了,他的账户本来是对的但是他有意或者无意的看成了错的,也看成了2笔,就联系chase说我这也错了。然后chase客服没有仔细看他的账户(估计是这几天这错误太多了),直接就模板回复对不起我们已经cancel了你多余的交易,$25精神损失费奉上。
再补充个。。。我两个月前申请freedom信用卡,当时开卡有$250的cash back。我拿到这250刀以后,上网一看,哟,怎么新的offer又出来了,现在是申请这个卡送300刀。于是我就联系chase,说你们怎么这样啊,我才申请了卡,你们就多了50刀奖金,太坑爹了。然后客服说对不起,我们错了,您的账户现在又多了50刀,请您原谅。
唉,米帝啊…… |
