多伦多大学网申Documents Pending

我申请的是UofT MScAc项目，学校网申系统和学院需要的Web-based Supplementary Form (mandatory)都已经填好了，但是Web-based Supplementary Form (mandatory)这项仍然显示Unavailable，并且网申主页的项目Status仍为Documents Pending。按照官方的提示，材料齐全应该显示如下：Documents Pending, excl. official transcripts
Once all your online supporting documents have been received, your status will automatically be updated to this status.

有同申请UofT CS的童鞋告诉我你们的界面是怎么显示的吗？


备注：成绩单，CV，PS，GT送分和推荐信都已经上传到位了。

楼主，我跟你申的同一个项目，也是一个月了SGS上还是document pending，但是在CS自己的申请系统上显示的是in progress，并且都是灰色不能修改的了。我猜测是不是因为我没有在SGS上上传成绩单推荐信之类的原因？因为我之前在官网上看到过这么一段话：
Stage 1: Applicants must first apply directly to the University of Toronto through the School of Graduate Studies (SGS). Do not upload transcripts or provide referee details at this stage.
Stage 2: Within 1 to 2 business days of paying the SGS application fee, you will receive an email with login details for the graduate application system for the Department of Computer Science. You will be required to provide your referee information and supporting documents on this application. You will also be required to select your primary research interest and additional research interests during this step.
所以我就在CS的那个系统上提交的所有材料，请问这样会有问题吗？

楼主不要担心，他们需要手动改状态，需要时间。。。。那个网页点进去你可以看到这一段话就明白了


Supporting Documents

.1point3acresThe documents required to complete your application are listed in the table below. All documents must be received by the graduate unit January 22, 2018 for your application to be considered complete. Refer to the graduate unit's website for detailed information.

When a document is uploaded to the system by you or one of your referees, the status of that document will automatically change from Pending to Received. However, even after all of your documents are Received, the overall status of your application will remain Documents Pending until the graduate unit manually verifies that the file is complete.

应该不用的，你发的那个官方的说明也说了不需要在SGS里面上传成绩单和推荐人。
至于所谓的finalize，可以看那个网页的第二段话：
Your application will not be considered complete, and will not be processed, until you designate it as "final". This happens when you select the button labeled "Submit the application" after saving this form. You will not be able to make changes to the required components after selecting "Submit", so do not submit until you are sure you are content with the application, but do remember to submit before the deadline.
意思就是说点击submit触发finalization.....

Because the SGS site and the departmental application site don’t synch, the departmental form will continue to show as “unavailable” on the SGS site. As long as you’ve completed all requirements on the departmental site (which I cannot check), that is what matters, and review of your application will proceed.

可以去CS上传文档的那个link里点最后的save然后看看有什么提示啊, 按说明都传完的话他应该会给一个操作让你标一下application finalize的. 我还没有传完, 所以点save之后只提示我缺哪些东西. - -和楼主选校十分的像

啊, 原来是说申请主页里没有同步过去啊.....- -

我等了一个多月才变成under review，之前也一直是document pending，别着急在等等吧，毕竟他家CS申请量太大了，每年2000多
