分享一个高盛Data Analyst 面经+timeline

最近面完了高盛家的data analyst，拿到了offer，过来分享一下面经回报一下地里各位。 不过我这个职位是亚洲的（新加坡/香港），不知道参考意义大不大，先贡献了再说~ 本人背景： business analytics本科，在职银行一年，做的也是数据相关的岗位。三月初开始跳槽 先发个坎坷的Timeline，平静一下这三个月来每隔几星期就被坑的暴躁心情： Mar 7 - Internal Refer from my friend Apr 6- Arrange Initial Interview Apr 10- Initial Interview with Department Head (Behaviour) Apr 20- Arrange Second Round Interview Apr 25 - Second Round Interview with Engineer (Technical) May 16 - HR contact me for two final rounds of intervew with two Managing Directors May 21 - Third Round Interview (Original Date), GS cancelled it in the morning and set it to May 25 May 23 - Fourth Round Interview (Original Date), GS again cancelled it in the morning (2 hrs before interview) and set it to May 24 May 24/May 25 - Two rounds of interview with two MDs May 29 - Confirm all positive feedback and proceed for compensation questionnaire May 30 - Call with HR, submitting package to Hiring Committee and booked phone call on June 12 for outcome June 12 - No updates, no phone so I followed up June 13 - HR contacted me and shared some headcount issues (Indefinitely Delay for Offer) June 21 morning - HR emailed me for arranging a call with a Director in the afternoon June 21 afternoon - No call, cancelled. HR told me its a mistake, they intended to arrange the call on June 22 June 22 - Call with Director, still indefinitely delaying my offer, asking me if im still interested （呵呵） June 28 - I chased up, HR promised a call at 5pm June 28 5pm - No call June 28 7pm - Call and told me outcome is on the way (?) June 29 - Telling me offer is coming later by tonight July 2 - Offer extended (Finally :) 真的是过程中，无数次被cancel，无数次被放鸽子，或者HR约错时间、地点，被他们的不专业惊呆了 第一轮 全是behaviour的，说说intern、project，详细聊了聊Final year thesis，以及为什么要跳槽，为什么要加入高盛，高盛和我现在的公司有什么不一样的吸引我等等。然后开始给我介绍，他们在亚洲打算开一个新的Inno Lab做data相关的工作，觉得我是很合适的candidate希望可以加入他们的pioneer batch 然后说"pls be expecting a couple of more rounds，当初我面试的时候面了12轮 blabla" 我：什么？12轮？不如现在就放过我.....。然而果然接下来只有我想不到没有gs做不出 第二轮 Technical面，更多关于data visualization， software和SQL的一些 您好！ 本帖隐藏的内容需要积分高于 130 才可浏览 您当前积分为 0。 使用VIP即刻解锁阅读权限或查看其他获取积分的方式 游客，您好！ 本帖隐藏的内容需要积分高于 130 才可浏览 您当前积分为 0。 VIP即刻解锁阅读权限 或 查看其他获取积分的方式 Unlock interview details and practice with AI Curated Interview Questions from Top Companies 第三、四轮： 都是MD的面试，那个时候很生气了，连续两轮都是早上当天，面试前两个小时被cancel，害的我白请假/白准备之类的，严重打乱了我的计划。 导致我后来的面试都没准备 总是被cancel，我连妆都懒得花，都是面试前一小时确认了还没被cancel才化妆去面试的， 所以我基本记不得问了什么了。。 全是很general的，问问project， why GS，why leave current job，等等，没有technical 聊了聊加入高盛多好之类的 然后就进入了巨长的一个多月的拉锯战，在说了all positive之后又过了一个多月才收到了offer 然后又过了半个月，我把他们拒了！（爽！）

后来接了Google的offer

高盛新加坡工资不高，大概～5k USD一个月，但高盛香港工资很高，毕业生起薪800k HKUSD一年
