有人了解UT-Austin的CSEM项目么？信息好少呀。。

这是个同时招PHD和Master的项目么？在百度上搜了一下就几个搜索结果还都是rej。。。求了解人士解答，谢谢~~
The UT Austin CSEM Program is primarily a Ph.D. track program. We admit only a limited number of students to the Master’s program each year.  If your ultimate goal is the PhD degree, you should indicate PhD as the degree sought on your application.

不了解， 但是已经申了他家电磁的MS。。。。。
