19fall transfer 1st Rej from PSU

例行检查状态，发现悲剧了……申的是Data Science这是第一个出结果的学校。NC state WES认证还没有寄到，不知道为何早就过了7天还显示在evaluation；之前寄给OSU的初高中、大学成绩寄丢了，重寄之后大学成绩还没更新；其他都杳无音信。
悲伤……

其实我没看懂PSU给我发的结果" we can't offer you..."之后的两大段话什么意思，发上来求问

sorry，发在回复里了在审核。大致意思就是“你看看我们的transfer要求，再给我们提交你的一些课程信息，问问我们还有没有其他校区其他major有位子吗？”

我之前研究过psu各校区的关系，也认识里面的教授，建议你问问他们接不接受转学进入2+2项目。
