7.18 制卡了！！！天啊刷出消息心跳都漏了一拍 因为是在搜索前后一百个号段的时候刚好看到更新 看了三遍那个号码是不是我的。。。我是1990238xxx 显示的是3.28 received 从received到制卡这天一共等了112天

那我不太了解那种付款途径是怎样的，因为我身边的几个人都是用的信用卡。确定check的钱没有被划走吗？感觉你得在地里再问问看有没有跟你一样用cashier's check的

G: Thank you, can I please have you verify your full name, alien registration number or A number, date of birth and full address.
ME: （提供了除alien registration number以外的信息，后面她说那个number我没有也ok）
G: Would you like to provide a phone number and/or email?
ME: （提供了邮箱）
G: How may I assist you today?
ME: It's been over 90 days since my case was received and I have an offer at my hand so I really need the EAD card to be able to start working. Could you please help me check whether my case was already assigned to an officer?
ME: And in what ways can I expedite the whole process?
G: Correct, the case is still pending.
G: You can get an idea of how long it will take to process your case from the processing time table available on our website at egov.uscis.gov/processing-times. Would you like me to look that up for you now?
ME: Yes please
G: The current processing time range for your case is from 4 weeks to 5 months.
G: Your case is still within the normal processing time. If your case is not processed during the processing times listed, please go to our website and file an electronic inquiry to notify USCIS that your case is outside normal processing time. This option is available 24 hours a day.  If this option does not meet your needs, you may call the USCIS Contact Center and speak with a representative during business hours.
G: Do you have additional questions before providing expedite request information?
ME: No that's all. I would like to request for expediting my case
G: USCIS: Considers all expedite requests on a case-by-case basis; Requires documentation to support a request (burden of proving that you meet the criteria rests on you); Has the sole discretion to decide whether to grant or deny a request; Does not consider expedite requests for applications or petitions that have Premium Processing Service available or for “Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” cases.
G: You can make a request to expedite your case if you can demonstrate that your situation falls into one of the following categories:  Severe financial loss to company or person; Urgent humanitarian reasons; Compelling U.S. government interests (such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense or DHS, or other public safety or national security interests); or Clear USCIS error.
ME: Yes. My reason would be severe financial loss to company, since my employer wants to me start working asap
G: I understand. In order to better assist you, I'm going to need to collect some information to send to the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case. You should expect to receive a response within 5 days. You will be contacted directly by the USCIS office if additional information or documentation is required. However, if you do not receive a response within 5 days, it may mean your request is taking a little longer to process and it is not necessary to call us again regarding the request.  The Service Center will contact you as soon as possible.
G: Are you a member of the U.S. military, have been recently discharged, or the spouse of a member?
ME: No

现在就等看加急能不能过了。。。看地里好多小伙伴加急都失败了 而且号段都比我前。。

emmmm本来复制了跟emma聊天的过程想发到帖子里给大家参考的。。。结果居然说是无效楼层删除了帖子。。。尬。。。。管理员我也没发啥违禁的东西哇（委屈
好吧 其实就给emma发live chat 然后就点case status 然后一步步点下去知道connect to a representative 然后提供了你的receipt number，fullname, address, date of birth
然后你就可以问has my case been assigned to an officer? 以及i would like to file an expedite request for my case.
她会告诉你case有没有被assign，以及问你expedite要选什么理由，我选的第一个financial loss to the company （我这里特地没说financial loss to me，因为f1 student应该是不能以financial loss为理由的）
然后她就会再问问你是不是军人啊或者家属啊之类的，然后给你个reference number，让你等五天，之后结果会发到你邮箱/信箱
希望能加急成功啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊

没有 我只有短信 好像看有的人说给Money Order才会有email？我是直接信用卡扣款的

我3.18寄出的，一周前收到纸质receipt，但是到现在银行账户还没显示扣款会有什么问题吗？

这个不太清楚啊 我身边的人都是先扣款再收到case was recevied的短信的 按理说你这都已经收到纸质receipt了应该已经扣款成功了吧。。？是用的信用卡吗？
