帮我的室友ask:

如果还没有get degree, 因为还没有final defense, but 已经休完所有课程. In 2020 April H1b application, 如何apply h1b as Advanced degree? Can Graduate College give me some letter saying he is ready to graduate, something something?

P.S. 教授not allow oral defense now, and 本科major not related to job
