O1转H1B

刚刚公司hr问我愿不愿意抽H1B，因为我现在O1身份之后申请绿卡会有风险。现在的O1没和雇主绑定，且可以多份工作那种。
现在问题是抽H1B不中会不会影响当前O1身份？
假设不影响，那么H1B没中然后申请O1再无限次抽H1B不就是一个骚操作（毕竟有人真的6次没中）？

抽h1b不中不可能对o1有影响的
o1申请绿卡也没有听说过有什么问题

O1办绿卡没风险吧，只是个人经历分享，家属的I-140六天就过了（EB1b)

我感觉我不符合eb1b虽然o1过了，下面是律师的原话“The H-1B explicitly allows for immigrant intent, so that there is no risk to the H-1B beneficiary during the green card process, and the H-1B beneficiary may maintain H-1B status after the I-485 adjustment application has been filed. With the O-1, there could be some risk if the beneficiary enters the US in O-1 status once an I-140 has been filed, because the I-140 indicates immigrant intent. Also, once the O-1 employee files an I-485 Adjustment of Status application, she may no longer maintain O-1 status. So in the unlikely event the Adjustment application is denied, she would not have any nonimmigrant status to fall back on.”

总之先办绿卡，排上队，同时抽h1b转身份。你上面说的485转身份时o1可能有风险，你现在先排上队，等排期到了起码也要四五年了吧，抽四次肯定能抽到了
