求加NCSU组织，并咨询一下CS PHD的录取问题

约两周前收到了NCSU的几封邮件，其中CS学院发的叫“Offer of admission and financial aid...”， 说是offer且有contract描述了funding相关的细节， 要签署并发送给学院。
然后还有Graduate School发的update，但是里面描述的并不是说已经是AD，说要求点开portal，填一个叫 Enrollment Intention Form 的。

这个 是这么描述的 - “Your program has recommended your admission but it requires review by the Graduate School. Do you intend to accept the offer of admission, after the Graduate School finalizes your admission?”
选完I accept之后， 要交$300 deposit。

我的问题是，这已经是录取了？因为我看CS学院的offer信息很全，且有正式的contract。然而portal上又说还有final review， 而且还要交deposit。。。不知道这种会不会把我又拒了。有学长学姐解答一下吗？谢谢！
