明明拿到AD然后收到拒信

大概一个月之前，我收到了范德堡大学的录取信，具体如下：

I am pleased to inform you that you are being offered admission to the M. S. program in Electrical Engineering at Vanderbilt University, beginning in the Fall Semester, 2013. On behalf of the faculty, I congratulate you on your record of academic accomplishment and invite you to continue your studies at Vanderbilt.

This offer of admission does not include any financial assistance from Vanderbilt. Below are the approximate costs of tuition and fees per semester/year.

Approximate Cost of tuition per semester:

今天突然收到他家的拒信！不可思议，具体如下：

    This communication is in response to your application for admission to
graduate study in the Electrical Engineering (M.S., Ph.D.) program at
Vanderbilt University. Based on the recommendation of its faculty, we
regret to inform you that Vanderbilt is unable to offer you admission to
this program. If you have applied to more than one Vanderbilt program, you
will receive a separate communication regarding your application to each
program.
        We received a significant number of graduate applications this year;
thus, we are faced with the unpleasant task of turning down a number of
well-qualified applicants.
        We wish you well in your endeavors. Again, thank you for your interest in
Vanderbilt University.

我只申请了一个项目，就是EE ms，不晓得这是怎么回事儿，有谁跟我一个情况吗？  当然我也不打算理睬这大学了，也不会去的。

我也收到了，他家在之前发AD的录取信里面明说了要415答复，不管他的话，应该就是自动收回AD了吧，我是这么理解的

因为没答复吧

应该是你没有答复。
其实你答复不去也是这样，比如说我415前拒了他家，今天也收到了。
