刚入职收到公司这个邮件是干啥的

Please print the attached PDF in duplicate and post it in two conspicuous locations at your apartment/house. Appropriate posting locations include any "public" space in your apartment, such as your living room or kitchen. Ensure that at least the first page of each copy of the LCA is completely visible (the remaining pages may be stapled underneath).

Upon posting, please reply directly to this email (1) confirming the date of posting, (2) describing the two posting locations, and (3) attaching a photograph of each posting that includes the surrounding area. Once we receive posting confirmation, we will submit the LCA to the Department of Labor for certification, which we expect to take approximately seven to ten calendar days (accounting for the holidays).

The LCAs must remain posted for ten calendar days. At the conclusion of the ten-day posting period, please remove and discard the LCAs.

我知道这是申请H1B的。。。我只是不明白 我为啥要把它打印下来 放到我公寓里? 还得拍照给他们。。。。。

因为要公示 正常在Office里面LCA是公司的人贴 但是你在家的话home office所以就要你自己贴了。常规操作
讲道理贴不贴也没人看得见。。但是反正在家里 贴了又何妨呢

是啊，最近COVID-19玩的，就是在家里或者apartment building的bulletin 板上贴，实际上也没人管你这是啥东西，只是贴够了时间才可以申H1B，真是闹心……

居然还有这种操作……
一般H1B申请的话公司需要打印一张纸，说明本公司招聘了H1B员工，薪水是多少，每周工作多久……有人发现有问题的话可以随时举报。
原来在家工作居然是在自己家贴……
简单来说这个就是H1B的正常流程，只是在家工作居然要在自己贴这也是很神奇。

可能有室友的话略尴尬？第一次知道lca要张贴。。。

法律只规定了要张贴在“工作场所”
所以在COVID-19的情况下不同的律师就对“工作场所”有了不同的理解
还有律师认为没有“工作场所”供张贴广告所以做不了H1b的。

还有可能就是有些公司把WFH定义成short term，如果定义成short term也是不用贴到家里去的，60天后再贴，又或者公司LCA上面的location覆盖范围够大，包括了员工住所的MSA，也不用贴，又或者，好多人H1B都是先办，然后30天内再补LCA

我也收到了，不过没让我拍照，就回复邮件confirm就行
