H4签证能否入境？ 本人H1B人在美国，老婆H4签证已有，人在中国。请问大家此种情况能否进入美国？

This section shall be effective immediately.
Sec. 2.  Suspension and Limitation on Entry.  The entry into the United States of any alien seeking entry pursuant to any of the following nonimmigrant visas is hereby suspended and limited, subject to section 3 of this proclamation:
(a)  an H-1B or H-2B visa, and any alien accompanying or following to join such alien; 这句话该怎么理解？ H1B持有者以及随行的家属吗？
(b)  a J visa, to the extent the alien is participating in an intern, trainee, teacher, camp counselor, au pair, or summer work travel program, and any alien accompanying or following to join such alien; and
(c)  an L visa, and any alien accompanying or following to join such alien.

Hi Emily , my wife is stuck in India with a valid H4 visa (valid till Dec-2021) and is waiting for the international flights to resume in India.

I am in US and have a valid H1b till Dec-2021.

(1) So does this mean she can still travel back to US next month (assuming international flight resume from India)

(2) Can I still look for job switch (H1b transfer) during these 6 months if I don’t leave US ?

本人也是H1b签证，目前本人在美国工作。
老公在国内，但是老公的H4签证还没拿到，本来是预约了使馆，想等使馆开门面签的H4的。

按照今天的EO，请问老公今年还能入境美国吗？

在想年初那批H4 H1B被check的怎么办，大使馆关门到现在，现在又有这个EO，这个签证到底还给不给。。。。。

根据section 3，此次的EO只对同时满足以下三个条件的人起作用：

. From 1point 3acres bbs(i)    is outside the United States on the effective date of this proclamation;

(ii)   does not have a nonimmigrant visa that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation; and

(iii)  does not have an official travel document other than a visa (such as a transportation letter, an appropriate boarding foil, or an advance parole document) that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation or issued on any date thereafter that permits him or her to travel to the United States and seek entry or admission.

楼主不满足（1），楼主老婆不满足（2），所以你们两个都不会受这个EO的限制。
