换学校用不用重签

已经签了，但是又来了新的ad，想换学校了，要不要重新签证，会不会有什么不好的影响。求明白的人解答啊

要重签。请看官网发布对学校外国学生部门发出的规定：

“2.   DSO Guidance for Students at Transfer-Out Schools
2.1.   Your student says, “I have my visa, but I have not entered the United States to attend school. I have changed my mind and want to attend a school different from that listed on my visa. I have a Form I-20 from the new school. What do I do?”

Advise the student to get a new visa issued for the new school before entering the United States, rather than transferring after entering the United States. This is required by 8 CFR 214.2(f)(1)(C).”

可以问一下你的俩学校的外国学生部门，可是很有可能他们给的答案与上相同。

把上面提到的条例8 CFR 214.2(f)(1)(C)搬出来看看：

“(f) Students in colleges, universities, seminaries, conservatories, academic high schools, elementary schools, other academic institutions, and in language training programs —(1) Admission of student —(i) Eligibility for admission. A nonimmigrant student may be admitted into the United States in nonimmigrant status under section 101(a)(15)(F) of the Act, if:

....

(C) For students seeking initial admission only, the student intends to attend the school specified in the student's visa (or, where the student is exempt from the requirement for a visa, the school indicated on the SEVIS Form I-20 (or the Form I-20A-B/I-20ID))“

就是说如果你还没去美国的话，必须要用一个备注栏上写了你真正要去的学校的签证入境。
