谷歌、Facebook等大公司呼吁国会帮助小企业，否则损失可能是灾难性的

而至关重要的一点是，救济帮助需要迅速落实，以避免出现企业永久性倒闭潮。信中也提到：迫切的需要采取行动。在没有全面恢复计划的情况下，每过一天，都会让复苏变得更加困难。到劳动节前，如果不尽快采取正确的措施，将可能会出现一波永久性的倒闭潮。而小企业为提供了全国44%的GDP，它们遭受的打击也将使美国劳动力市场遭到破坏。
