Facebook将允许员工远程工作到2021年7月

根据健康和政府专家的指导，以及内部讨论过后，Facebook做出此决定：将允许员工继续在家工作，直到2021年7月。该公司还将为员工提供额外的1000美元奖金，作为在家办公的额外补贴。这也不是Facebook首次给员工发放在家办公的补贴，在年初宣布开始在家工作时，Facebook也向员工提供过类似的奖金。

Facebook也表示，虽然暂时允许员工持续在家办公，但公司还是会继续根据疫情情况及政府指导意见，对可以允许开放办公室的地区重新开放办公室。不过，该公司发言人表示，Facebook的许多办公室不太可能在2020年重新开放。

According to the guidance of health and government experts, and after internal discussions, Facebook made this decision: it will allow employees to continue working from home until July 2021. This is not the first time that Facebook has given employees a subsidy for working from home. Facebook also said that although employees are temporarily allowed to continue working from home, the company will continue to reopen offices in areas where it is allowed to open offices based on the epidemic situation and government guidance.
