Job Description
Title: Supply Chain Analyst/Engineer
Location: City of Industry .1point3acresPosition Status: Full Time
Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for operation analysis, process improvement, system design (WMS, PO, TMS), supply chain metrics etc.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in operations research, supply chain, industrial engineering, project management or related fields, Master's degree is a plus
• Ability to work within structured processes with a high level of accuracy and deliver resolution of complex problems
• Experience with Lean Management, Kaizen, Six Sigma and other quality control tools.
Any related certification is a plus
• Strong technical proficiency (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, Python) and database mining knowledge
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills ..

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze and identify underlying problems within current operation processes, including but not exclusive to purchasing, fulfillment operation, and perform process improvement
• Analyze data and build statistical models to provide operation optimization solutions and identify cost down opportunities. ----
• Work as Software Product Manager to work closely with different business units and IT Development team, to design software system or tools to support process improvement.--
• Engage key stakeholders and teams (such as field Operation, IT Development and other business units) to alignment on project charters, implementation plans and success metrics
• Own and deliver on post-launch reviews and customer feedback, drive the associated actions, and incorporate feedback into future deployment plans
• Drive the development and improvement of new and existing operational tools, reports, and dashboards to monitor the health of the network and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with counterparts in other operations functional areas such as Warehouse, Transportation, Product Management, Customer Service and Finance
• Support & execute network capacity plan through in-depth data analysis in accordance with facility capacity/layout and operational constraints
• Invent and improve fulfillment metrics, support cross-functional data analysis and modeling
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operations processes
• Develop and improve demand forecast and order forecast
• Perform ad-hoc statistical analysis
• Participate in team projects as needed
