initial OPT timeline 七月底

7/23 Case is received 8/3 Got the text message from USCIS
9/29 Sent an email to the state senator, ask for help with case inquiry and expedite request.
10/2 Got the reply from the senator, my case is currently being processed at the Potomac Service. Need to provide additional supporting documentary evidence.
10/12 Sent documents (privacy release form, a company supporting letter, offer letter, expedite request letter) to the senator.
10/13 Expedite request through Emma live chat.
10/14 morning: got an email from USCIS, my case is currently under review by an officer.
         late night:  New card is being produced
10/15 Case Was Approved

Total of 85 days

本来start date九月中的，推迟到十月中，后来推迟到十一月中。（感谢公司HR很耐心的帮忙推迟入职时间）
这两个多月都很焦急的等待，每天check case status和opt timeline。（还在等的朋友们加油加油，非常理解你们的心情！）
虽然不知道后来议员有没有帮我加急，也没有回复，但也很感谢他们。

希望能快快拿到EAD卡，也祝大家早日通过，顺利拿到！

因为申请加急，需要说明加急理由，Severe financial loss to company and person， 所以我用offer letter, 公司的supporting letter作为材料证据。
