求证明employment对公司有严重financial影响信件模板

去年被layoff，然后8月底申请的B2，12月终于接到了offer，公司也保证H1B transfer会办PP，可是B2的申请还在pending，公司又不同意离境工作，只好自己联系议员帮忙去给USCIS加急审理B2，等B2批准了再让雇主直接境内H1B transfer

现在的情况是，让USCIS加急的话，需要满足以下几个条件的任意一个：

• Severe financial loss to a company or person. Please note, UCSIS policy states that severe financial loss to a company means the company would be at risk of failing if the petition is not approved. It further states that the need to obtain employment does not qualify as severe financial loss to a person.
• Urgent humanitarian reasons. For example, if an employee is in the health care field and is working on COVID-19 treatments or research, the petition might qualify for expedited processing.
• Compelling U.S. Government interests such as urgent cases for the Department of Defense, etc.
• Clear USCIS error.
  

符合条件的只有第一个，但是公司让我自己准备这个信，请问有小伙伴可以分享一下有没有模板什么的吗？或者有什么信息是必须要包括的？
