OPT申请没有receipt状态是Requested还是Pending？

想必很多寄到Texas的小伙伴都深受delay的影响，还没有拿到receipt，请问如果 “OPT申请没有receipt状态是Requested还是Pending?”

这个网站 https://studyinthestates.dhs.gov ... ctical-training-opt 介绍了这两种status的区别。

这个问题感觉需要仔细考虑，因为：

1. 只有pending with USCIS才能合法在grace period结束之后留美等OPT。不知道对当前没有receipt的情况是否适用？
2. 今天看到一个学校的DSO回复说，“Once the OPT has been in requested status for 120 days, your F-1 record will automatically complete. If this happens, you may no longer be eligible for OPT.” 一个潜在的问题，如果没有receipt的话是requested的状态的话，120天之后会不会直接悲剧？

有了receipt才会pending状态   我也很担忧直接没了
