单位提供了Aetna家的HRA和HSA两种medical plan,但是deductible都挺高的，不知道要怎么选还是买其他保险呢？以下是两个plan的benefits:
HRA
Deductible: $2500/5000; Out of pocket Max:$6000/12000; Coinsurance: 80%
Retail: 30-day supply (Generic $10 Copay, preferred brand 20% of cost with 25 min & 50 max, non-preferred 40% of cost with 45 min& 90 max); Mail order: 90-day supply($25 Copay, preferred brand 20% of cost with $50 min& $100 max. non-preferred 40% of cost with $90 min&$180 max)

HSA
Deductible: $2,500/$5,000; Out of Pocket Max. $6,000/$12,000; Coinsurance: 75%
Retail: 30-day supply or Mail order 90-day supply: Subject to deductible; Certain generic medications on preventive list covered at 100%
