想了解下买方trader的收入 比如optiver这种

想请问在trading firm里的trader的收入怎么样？
比如jane street hudson river trader jump trading optiver等等
前几年淘汰率在多少？

Optiver works slightly differently to other companies in terms of its pay. The base is the same for everyone in the same office, eg. in Amsterdam, everyone gets 75k euro, from ng to ceo. Think Chicago is 150k dollar. The main difference in pay comes from the bonus, everyone in the firm gets a certain number of marbles based on their seniority/performance and every year you get a performance multiplier from 2 times to 0.5 times.
How much each marble's worth depends on how well the company has done in the last year, currently it's about 3k euro per marble on average, whereas couple of years ago it was more like 1.5-2k, hence why ng gets way less marbles than they would if they joined in say 2016.
The current level is 50 marbles (used to be 100) for a 2nd yr trader, quants and software should expect half of that. And you are expected to 'promote' (get 50 more marbles) every 1-1.5yrs. The truth is a lot of people get promoted way quicker than that, and a lot of people get kicked out in their first year.
So realistically, a standard 2nd yr trader can get 200k+ and a 5th yr trader can get 500k+ (in a normal/good yr), obviously pay is much lower in a bad year or if you performed poorly, and can be much higher if you've done extremely well.

同好奇trader的exit

大一点公司graduate program的trader都是15万base吧 （2020-2021）的数据。trader/pm主要靠bonus。

bonus主要看pnl和book是不是自己的
一般来说按照pnl的百分比拿bonus
然后还要注意的就是pnl是否有cut，没cut好年份很爽的

exit？和正常工作差不多啊……可能会有non compete，在家数钱2年
base有cap，基本不涨。这行业没人看base
