两个微软team 都给offer，skype/teams vs identity 怎么选择？

一个是skype/teams, 是个基本front end role （也很对我胃口) 。 stack 是react和ts. 一个是identity (从他们job site 上面抄的description):

有人知道他俩的wlb怎么样嘛？两个managers听起来都很不错，但identiy 更偏向于infra听起来。
