请问广告中没有工作经验要求 eb2打广告很难进行下去吗？会不会很多人来应聘？容易被审查？ 急

Eb2 with no experience requirement has a higher chance (50% or more) to be audited. Mine is too. There was one guy with good resume applying for my position. We had to request third party expert opinion letter to prove why this person is not qualified AND cannot be trained within reasonable time.

So basically for EB2 with no experience requirement, if it's audited: if someone with a master's apply for your position, it's doomed. If a bachelor apply, you can counter with a expert opinion letter. If a bunch of random high schooler or people with random background applied, it's fine.

I just submitted my audit response last month, waiting for the result. Wish me luck!

What if no one applied at all? My colleague and I shared advertisement. I have a master degree with 6yoe, while my colleague has a phd degree with 0yoe, so only master degree is required. It ended up with zero applications…will the chance to be audited be high?

yeah still high I guess. But as long as the response is honest and your lawyer has documented everything. It should be fine. My lawyer obtained affidavit from the advertising agent and from HR. I'm sure your lawyer will obtain affidavits too.

我是2021年3月底开始广告到6月初结束提交PERM

Thanks! We did require a professional certification in the ads though no YOE is needed. Figure crossed!!
