苹果RF ATE Test Development Engineer(junior)

大家好，

请问苹果的RF ATE Test Development Engineer 具体是做什么的呢？我看了下JD 里面说是要给用Advantest编写测试程序 测试RF 接发器之类的。Reddit和blind上面的美国工程师都说 “尽量不要去这个岗位，没前途”这种测试岗是真没前途吗？

我是test，之前amaz现在appl。很多人确实瞧不起test，说到底就是发展满钱少。但是我觉得钱少你压力也小一点，你要喜欢做SDET和Automation，可以试试。

请问美国那边junior ATE Test的base大概是多少呀？因为慕尼黑租房的房价太高了...
招聘经理说 很难弄从其他公司挖过来 只能自己从零培养...

我知道是ATE，但是其实test都差不太多。我个人感觉Junior可能12-15w？

那德国这边就是美国的60%左右感觉 同等岗位的话？
