OPT期间回国以及失业期问题

本人今年5月份毕业，8月28号已经opt start date了，现在已经拿到了ead卡和offer letter。目前上周刚在一家icc培训，想问下大家培训期间能不能回国大概两个月呢？


因为听ois说回国需要上报并且扣失业期，并且不允许在美国以外的地方远程工作，而且两个月的话可能海关不会让你入境。原话是Yeah, but in any event, you know, if you're taking a break, even if it's, you know, whatever job you reported, and your OPT record, if you're going outside of the country for two months, and you're not allowed to work remotely, like the whole benefit of all OPT to be working in the US, so you would just have to report it as ending employment.


但是问了周围同学，也有回国的人，但是他们有些都是在opt 开始前就回国了。现在问过来就是一定不能超过90天的失业期，但是主要就想问问到底会不会扣失业期，并且回国待很长一段时间。

跟你同一个问题，12月毕业，挂在icc，打算回去续签F1，请问楼主回去了吗？能否加个V交流下呀
