Case 1: Bay area, VP at a 2nd or 3rd tier company (with a parent public company)Base: $300k
Bonus: 25-30% (annual bonus), sp 75-90k,
RSUs: $150-200K total (reads to me like 4yr, but maybe 1yr?)
If the RSU is for 1yr, TC < 600. (This would be a high L6 or normal L7 offer at Tier 1's)
If the RSU is indeed for 4yrs, TC < 440k (This would be a good L5 or low L6)



Case 2: Ali/Ant P9, TC usually 300w RMB, after tons of hurdle, can go up to 400w, with absolutely everything included.

阿里P9已经很难进了，早些年FLG的senior engineer可以轻松拿P9，现在只能level 6才有希望拿P9，不过FLG的lvl 6一年也40-50w，也没必要跳了
