以下是我们提交package的cover letter 上面介绍了package中全部的表格及附属材料 准备这些东西大概用了一个月每天一两个小时研究所有表格的instruction 其中birth certificate 和 I693体检结果需要等待

Petition for Adjustment of StatusUS Citizen Sponsor: Godzilla
Spouse Beneficiary: Chihiro

Dear USCIS Staff:

My name is Chihiro and I am currently in valid F-1 status in the United States. I am filing the enclosed Form I-485 to apply to register permanent residence. My husband Godzillis a U.S. citizen and I am the beneficiary of concurrent filing of Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) by my U.S. spouse sponsor. Please kindly find enclosed the application package with all the supporting documents.

The contents are as follows:
1.        Two forms of G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card transaction.
2.        Cover letter with an itemization of the package contents.
3.        Form G-1145, Request for e-Notification.
4.        Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status and supporting documents for Form I-485, which include:a.        Copy of Beneficiary’s Passport (blank pages are excluded);b.        Copy of Beneficiary’s notarized birth certificate;c.        Marriage Certificate for Sponsor and Beneficiary;d.        Copy of Beneficiary’s most recent Form I-94;e.        Copies of all Beneficiary’s I20 Forms since admitted into the United States; f.        Copies of Beneficiary’s W2s from 2016, 2017, and 2018;g.        Copies of all Beneficiary’s EAD cards;h.        Copy of Beneficiary’s Social Security card;i.        Two Visa (2) photos of the Beneficiary.
5.        Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative and supporting documents for Form I-130, which include:a.        Form I-130A, Supplemental Information for Beneficiary;b.        Sponsor’s U.S. birth certificate;c.        Marriage certificate for Sponsor and Beneficiary;d.        Joint banking statements of Sponsor and Beneficiary from March 2018, December 2018, and January 2019 respectively; These documents serve as proof of financial co-dependence as well as on-going marriage;e.        W2s of both Sponsor and Beneficiary from 2016, 2017, and 2018 respectively; These documents serve as proof of income as well cohabitation since 2016; f.        Some daily photos of Sponsor and Beneficiary;g.        Two (2) visa photos of the Sponsor and two (2) visa photos of the Beneficiary.
6.        Form I-864, Affidavit of Support and supporting documents for Form I-864, which include:a.        Copy of Sponsor’s U.S. birth certificate;b.        Copies of Sponsor’s W2 from 2016, 2017, and 2018 as proof of employment and income;c.        Copies of Sponsor’s tax return transcript from 2016, 2017, and 2018 as proof of tax filing and income;d.        Copy of Beneficiary’s Passport (blank pages are excluded);e.        Copies of Beneficiary’s W2 from 2016, 2017, and 2018 as proof of her employment and income;
7.        Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and Supporting documents for Form I-765, which include:a.        Copy of Beneficiary’s most recent Form I-94;b.        Copy of Beneficiary’s passport (blank pages are excluded);c.        Copy of Beneficiary’s most recent EAD card; d.        Two Visa (2) photos of the Beneficiary;
8.        Form I-131, Application for Travel Document and Supporting documents for Form I-131, which include:a.        Copy of Beneficiary’s Passport (blank pages are excluded);b.        Copy of Beneficiary’s most recent Form I-94;c.        Two Visa (2) photos of the Beneficiary;
9.        Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

总体感觉比较顺利 尤其是USCIS网站上一直显示婚姻绿卡的处理需要12个月 觉得大大超过预期

补充一下 birth certificate 是求老母亲拿户口本去我们当地公证处办的 只需要说明是用于移民美国的 这种办事处一般都有经验 从办理到寄过来大概等了三周吧

楼主，我是Opt Extension，请问如果在extension期间，有一些违规行为：比如因为挂靠没能缴纳payroll记录，这种。会影响interview申请绿卡吗？

这个我还是建议你找个好一点的律师比较稳妥
