北京催签回复模板又换了？

6.19 安家楼 F-1 renewal check，至今无update。今天发邮件简单地问AP是否结束，收到如下回复:

Dear Mr. LU,
Your application is still under processing. However, we can't predict how much longer it will take. Your patience is highly appreciated.

以前从来没见过这个模板，请问其他最近催签的同学有收到类似回复吗？

We assure you that we are processing your application in accordance with U.S. visa law.  As you may be aware, there is no guaranteed timeline for necessary administrative processing.

加油，五月的长check似乎已经有零星的case出了，大部队应该也快了

补一个chengdu的，上个月发了好几次邮件 回复都是这个

Thank you for your correspondence.
As you were informed at the time of your interview, your application has been refused under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. Your application requires administrative processing. This refusal will be reconsidered without filing another visa application. Administrative processing generally takes a minimum of three to four weeks. In many cases, it takes longer. Processing times can vary greatly from individual to individual, so we are not able to provide you with a definitive timeframe.
The U.S. Consulate in Chengdu does not have any control or discretion over these cases. We regret the delay, but assure you that we will proceed with your application as soon as we are able.

九月份今天第一次发邮件询问，得到不同的回复
Dear Mr. Song,

Thank you for your inquiry.

According to our records, you applied here for a visa on Jun 13, 2019. In this case, the circumstances regarding your application mandated additional processing. The criteria and procedure for such cases is the same worldwide; the Embassy does not have the discretion to exempt individual applicants.
                                 
The vast majority of applicants whose cases are submitted for additional processing receive visas within 4-5 weeks. But it may vary from individual to individual. We understand if this timeline does not meet your requirements, but unfortunately the speed of this worldwide process is beyond the control of the Embassy. We will notify you as soon as processing is complete and we can conclude your case.
