晕啊， 暂停发绿卡60天 怎么办？？？

川普刚刚新闻发布会上说会暂停发绿卡60天，60天后会再评估是不是需要延续。这不会影响非移民身份比如opt、h1b、L1、O1、E2，或者绿卡申请比如perm、i-140、i-130、i-526、i-360。不确定i-485、或者转正申请还能不能提交。

Section 1.  Suspension and Limitation on Entry.  The entry into the United States of aliens as immigrants is hereby suspended and limited subject to section 2 of this proclamation.

Sec. 2.  Scope of Suspension and Limitation on Entry.  (a)  The suspension and limitation on entry pursuant to section 1 of this proclamation shall apply only to aliens who:

(i)    are outside the United States on the effective date of this proclamation;

(ii)   do not have an immigrant visa that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation; and

(iii)  do not have an official travel document other than a visa (such as a transportation letter, an appropriate boarding foil, or an advance parole document) that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation or issued on any date thereafter that permits him or her to travel to the United States and seek entry or admission.

只针对的国外绿卡申请者，不是停办绿卡业务。

这不会影响非移民身份比如opt、h1b、L1、O1、E2，

现在具体的条例还没出来，都在猜，我也在等具体的。我的绿卡在等面试排期，不知道会不会有影响。

如果真的只是暂发6 0天就好了。重点是60天后会不会再延，还有他昨天发布会讲到还有第二个eo在考虑（不知道target对象是谁）。最近心得一直悬着

我的面试因为疫情被cancel了，现在等到这一个EO，也是醉了。

貌似他在犹豫要不要签，看来反对的声浪很大
